rad, i need to cut properly…. been at this same bf% for ages…ARRGGHH currently doing an 8 week cut. we’ll see how i go after that!

Squatted 140kgs today! last week I failed it because i lacked enough sleep. this week was good! 1 good rep!!
5/3/1 3rd cycle 3rd week deadlift. Last set. 160kgs - 3 reps. very happy with this lift…
Overhead press 5/3/1 3rd cycle last set. 75kgs x 3 reps. Boo ya 2 more reps than when i last tried! love 531
3rd 5/3/1 cycle. Week 1. OHP, Deadlift, Bench, Squat
After failing my lifts on week 3 of my last cycle for deadlift and bench. I decided to reduce my 1RMAX, down to 160kg for deadlifts and 110kg for bench. This proved much better weight.
here are my new lifts for week 1. I was successful in all lifts… i think
OHP - 50kg 55kg 65kg x 5reps + super set 5 sets x 10 reps of 40kgs OHP/Wide grip chins ups. + rear shoulder cable workout.
Deadlift - 105kg 120kg 135 kg x 5reps + 5 sets x 10reps x 100kgs deadlifts from platform. superset 5 x 10 lying leg curls 30kgs & 5 x 15 hanging leg raises
Bench - 70kg 80kg 95kg x 5reps x 10 reps x 27.5kg dumbbell benchpress. + 3sets x 12reps single arm 40kg dumbell rows
Squat - 90kg 105kg 120kg x 5 reps each + 5 sets x 10 reps 80kgs squats. 5 x 10 leg extensions….
all lifts were good and strong even though i had a reduced calorie intake (zero carb until after 6pm workout) this week due to date on saturday, which went awesome ;)

Week 1 Overhead press 3rd cycle…
Intense session last night… I decided to super set all my assistance exercises… 5 x 10 40kg OHP super setted with wide grip chins…. exhausting…
as for the 531. I decided to stick with the same weight as the last cycle as Even thought I got 75kgs up on the 3rd week… I missed the reps in the sets for the 1st and 2nd week. muscles burned out before reaching required reps… I had to do rest pause to get the reps up… Last set this week was 5 x 65kgs. I got 4 reps up good and push pressed the last rep….
finished the session off with super sets of rear delt cables and barbell curls
almost spewed after this….
